Completing after making Account

Novice here.  I am unable to follow your instructions because there are no highlighted links.  Giving up as there is no help.  I realize this is probable easy for most, but, computer stuff is hard for me.  I really wanted to play on your new server, but alas, I cannot.  Thanks!
